• A login to my online Client Portal, which you can access 24 hours a day, where you will find all your booking information, quotes, contracts, invoices, and receipts, all in one place.

• Unlimited contact leading up to your wedding day.

• A PDF Guide to Clip in Hair Extensions (colour matching, length and quantity needed), should you wish to incorporate them into your wedding hair.

• Application of clip in hair extensions if incorporating them into your wedding hairstyle.

• Hair padding included in any hair booking, if needed to create desired style.

• Hair accessories and veil applied on wedding day.

• I come equipped with a “Bridal Survival Kit” on your wedding day (Plasters, Rescue Remedy, Neils Yard - aroma therapy, Mini Speaker, Sewing Kit)

• I will stay with you on your wedding day until you are in your dress to do any final touch ups before you go to the ceremony.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
At the point of booking, to secure your Wedding date with me -
£50.00 Booking Fee. Please note, this is none refundable.
Cost of Your Bridal Preview - Payable the week of your Trial -
£150.00 (Hair OR Makeup) / £200.00 (Hair AND Makeup).
All Remaining Costs - Payable the week of your Wedding -
Bride, Bridesmaids and Mum’s wedding day hair and makeup costs (if they have booked), plus wedding travel.

HOW MANY HAIR AND MAKEUPS CAN YOU DO ON YOUR OWN?
Hair AND Makeup - I can do upto:
Bride (2 Hours) and 3 other people (1 hour each. e.g. 1 Mum & 2 Bridesmaids or 3 Bridesmaids) = 5 hours
Hair OR Makeup - I can do upto:
Bride (1 Hour) and 6 other people (30 minutes each e.g. 1 mum, 5 Bridesmaids) = 4 hours
If you have more than the numbers above, I work with some amazing hair and makeup artists in the area and can bring one of them with me on the day to cut your getting ready time down for the one off cost of £100.
Alternatively, I LOVE working with other artists / stylists if you decide to book me for Hair or Makeup only.

CAN MY BRIDESMAIDS / MUM HAVE A PREVIEW TOO?
Yes! It is not necessary for them to have a preview but if they would like to simply let me know!

MY VENUE HAS ASKED FOR YOUR PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE DOCUMENTS AND PAT TESTING CERTIFICATE FOR YOUR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT.
My PLI insurance is with BABTAC and my electrical tools / equipment are fully PAT Tested yearly, both documents can be provided on request for any venues that require these.

CAN YOU APPLY FALSE LASHES?
Yes! I use individual lashes. A few on the outer corners of your eye define your own lash line and look beautiful with a natural makeup. Alternatively, I can build them up to look more dramatic. I use Duo Glue that holds them perfectly in place for the whole day.
If you would rather wear a strip lash this is completely fine too.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
I have a good selections of products in my kit that include:
Makeup: MAC, Nars, Bobbi Brown, Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, YSL, Makeup by Mario, Armarni, Laura Mercier, Estee Lauder, Makeup Forever, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Hourglass, Zoeva and Stilla to name a few!
Hair: Tigi, L'Oreal Pro / L'Oreal Elnett, Label M, Bed Head, Ossi.

I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN / ALLERGIES, CAN I USE MY OWN PRODUCTS?
Of course you can, we can use all of your own products or just a few things, its entirely up to you. (e.g. you would just like to use your own Foundation / Mascara).

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY HAIR ACCESSORIES?
I will provide all grips, bands, padding etc to create the hair style. You just need to buy any accessory / tiara / veil if you want to wear them. It is not necessary for you to have them for your trial (If you would like to choose your hair style first then a hair accessory to compliment it).

HAVE YOU WORKED WITH HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Yes! Around 40% of my brides a year wear hair extensions on their wedding day. (Some bonded and some simply clipped in on the day). I can use clip in extensions to add volume or length if you would like your hair down. Or, alternatively can use them to create a beautiful updo too.
Good places to look for clip in extensions:
Clip Hair have beautiful quality clip in (full head) extensions available in over 60 colours. These are great to add to an updo or to act as the scaffold mixed with your own hair, for Hollywood Waves / Curly hair styles, especially if your own hair struggles to hold a curl.
